We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, however we are happy to provide a store credit provided items are returned within 20 days of purchase, are accompanied by a sales receipt and are in original condition. We offer refunds where applicable under Australian Trade Practices legislation.
How to return an item
The first step in the return process is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please title the email "Return/exchange request [Invoice Number]". The invoice number will be found at the top of your invoice (eg. #POS01-111).
Please provide details of the item you wish to return including; 1) The product name, 2) Quantity of individual items being returned, 3) Price paid as listed on your invoice, 4) Date of your purchase and 5) Provide reason for return/exchange.
Please include a copy of the sales reciept if possible in the orginal email (a photo will be fine). We will require an original be sent along with the items.
