DESCRIPTION

In the Jataka tales, the Buddha once lived as the Golden Peacock, radiant and steadfast in his chants of protection at dawn and dusk. Hunters sought him for centuries at the queen’s command, but his discipline shielded him until one fateful moment of distraction. Freed by compassion, he imparted teachings of virtue and release, his golden form returning to the forest in serenity.

The fragrance reflects his hymn. Sweet orange and bergamot shine like the first light upon golden feathers. A heart of champaca, jasmine sambac, gardenia, and orange blossom blooms with luminous devotion, touched by the honeyed glow of poplar bud.
